Two of our most recent Spec buildings were a 225,000 s.f. multi-tenant building in the Santa Teresa Business Center, built in September 2000; and a 122,771 multi-tenant building in the Border Park, built in November 2002. Bay sizes in our spec buildings start at 12,000 square feet and can be extended to whatever larger sizes the client requires.  We are committed to having lease space available, and will continue building quality facilities suitable for a variety of industrial and commercial users.
