Intermodal Rail Park:The Intermodal Industrial Park in Santa Teresa, New Mexico is comprised of 368 acres of rail-served industrial land, expandable to a total of 1100 acres.
Business Center:Adjacent to the Dona Ana County International Airport, the Union Pacific Railroad and five minutes from Interstate 10, this industrial park consists of 225 industrial-zoned acres with over two million square feet of industrial space built.
Border Industrial Park:The Santa Teresa Border Industrial Park consists 1,300 acres of industrial-zoned real estate adjacent to the US and Mexico customs facilities at the Santa Teresa International Port of Entry.
PNM Gas Lines:The Santa Teresa industrial parks receive their natural gas service from the Public Service Company of New Mexico and its gas grid.
Foreign Trade Zone:Foreign Trade Zone 197 encompasses the Santa Teresa Business Center. The FTZ provides tariff deferrals and other industrial advantages to the Centers manufacturing clients.
Port of Entry:The Santa Teresa Port of Entry is the most modern and efficient border, land crossing in the El Paso/Juarez corridor. Additionally, the port allows direct access to I-10, thus eliminating hours of time spent waiting in line at the El Paso bridges. |
