Adjacent to the Dona Ana County International Airport, the Union Pacific Railroad and five minutes from Interstate 10, this industrial park consists of 225 industrial-zoned acres with over two million square feet of industrial space built. All construction in the park is Class A tilt-up concrete panel construction, normally built within 90 days. Currently, the park employs approximately 1,500 men and women contributing to the $10 billion a year manufacturing and logistics engine that the regional bi-national economy represents.

The Santa Teresa Border Industrial Park

The Santa Teresa Border Industrial Park consists 1,300 acres of industrial-zoned real estate adjacent to the US and Mexico customs facilities at the Santa Teresa International Port of Entry. The first phase consisting of 230 acres have been designed, platted and are ready for occupancy. Border Spec 1, a 100,000 square foot speculative lease building with minimum bay sizes of 15,000 square feet will begin construction in summer of 2002 and be ready for immediate occupancy in late summer 2002.
