We have just completed a 122,771 square-foot, multi-tenant building at the Santa Teresa Border Industrial Park. Bay sizes in our spec buildings are 16,000 square feet and larger. We are committed to having lease space available, and will continue building quality facilities suitable for a variety of industrial/commercial users.

Build-to-Suit

Our experienced design-build team, committed to being on time and on budget, will assist you with site selection, financing, design, construction, and occupancy. Our most recent build-to-suit project in Santa Teresa was a 330,000 square foot distribution center for ADC Telecommunications.
